  • How to Send an Assessment to a Candidate

We have a full instructional article on how to create campaigns and send assessments to candidates. You can find that below:

    Campaigns and assessing candidates

To add candidates to a campaign that has already been published, all you need to do is open the relevant campaign and then from the campaign dashboard, press "add candidates".

  • Choosing the Right Assessment for the Role

Thrive has been built with job specific assessments in mind. So, once you've chosen the relevant role for your campaign, the system will automatically generate recommendations from psychologists.

You are then able to further refine your assessment choices to make them as specific to the job description in question and the needs of your organisation.

Not sure what you can and can't add? Don't worry, the platform will keep you within constraints that ensure a valid assessment. So, as long as you can press continue, you're on the right track.

  • Interpreting Assessment Results

We have a full instructional article covering this topic. Please access that below:

    Interpreting a candidate's results

  • Best Practices for Using Psychometric Data in Hiring

We have designed Thrive to deliver comprehensive, easily digestible insights that you can use to take action in your hiring processes.

All of the insights available for an individual candidate can be found in the Employer report. Along we these, we cover all of the best practices and FAQs associated with psychometrics to help you to use Thrive as it's been designed and to better understand and interpret results with confidence.

  • Bulk Sending Assessments: Step-by-Step Guide

To send assessments in bulk, you can use our CSV Upload function.

Simply create a .CSV file with 3 columns that contain the following headings: 'Name'; 'Surname'; 'Email'

Then, either during campaign creation or after pressing "Add candidates" from the dashboard of a relevant campaign, you can select the Import CSV file option as below.

We'd advise limiting the number of candidates per single CSV to 50. This way you can monitor the number of candidates that have been successfully uploaded and ensure that the csv uploader doesn't crash.

  • Using the Candidate Dashboard Effectively

We have an FAQ page dedicated to the effective use of Thrive which you can access below:
