  • How to Set Up Your Thrive Account

    Setting up your Thrive account couldn't be easier. Once your organisation is signed up, we'll do all of the initial work for you so all that you need to do once you receive your welcome email is login and follow our digital onboarding pathway.

    If you've purchased a package, you'll have access to the platform right away. If you're on a Flexi plan, then you'll get access as soon as we receive payment.

  • Inviting Team Members and Setting Permissions

    The first time that you login with the credentials in your welcome email, you'll be taken directly to our digital onboarding flow.

    During one of the steps, you'll be asked to add any colleague that need access and set their permission level.

    If you need to add any more colleagues or remove any which no longer need logins, don't worry, you can simply reach out and we'll make the change for you.

  • Understanding the Candidate Experience

    We have built Thrive to be as intuitive and user friendly as possible. It is still as simple as clicking on an assessment link and then completing relevant assessments, section by section. We have built our assessments with the candidate experience at the forefront of our thinking and continue to refine this so that our assessments are smoother, easier to use and are modernised both from a user interface and language standpoint.

  • Onboarding Checklist for New Customers

    We have now built this checklist into the digital onboarding experience. All you have to do is login to the platform using the credentials received in your welcome email.

    From there, you can follow the steps and the onboarding checklist that you are prompted to complete.

    If you haven't completed the relevant steps, you may notice a prompt from the support chat at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. To continue, all you have to do is click on it and the step by step process will continue from where you left off.
