  • Reporting & Insights: Making Data-Driven Hiring Decisions

Thrive has been built to be an intuitive, self service platform. So, all of the insights available to you can be found within the platform and don't require any complex interpretation or external research.

When it comes to our hiring tool, you can take a look at itemised results lists, compare candidates side by side and get a sneak peek at suggested interview questions.

For all of the insights that the platform offers to help understand a candidate and their results, we've created a comprehensive Employer report to guide you through everything. To access this, all you need to do is click on a candidate's name in the relevant campaign. From there, you'll be taken to the candidate's profile where you can simply press "Employer Report". This will open an interactive HTML report that contains everything that you need to to understand a candidate and to effectively and efficiently engage in next steps and carry out an interview.

Of course, we do also provide candidates with a report to help them understand their results and improve on development areas which were discovered during the assessment. If you chose automatic feedback during campaifn creation, this is sent to candidates automatically when they complete their assessments. Alternatively, you can send this manually at any point by pressing "Send feedback" on the candidate profile. If you want to see the report yourself, just press "Candidate Report" from the candidate profile and you'll be able to take a look.

We have a full article to help you better access and understand results. That is linked for you below:

  • How to Review Assessment Trends Over Time

While we have built Thrive to be used primarily in-platform. We're conscious that you may want to take results offline and perform your own analyses.

So, we have built a download function which will allow you to export results at a granular level, in CSV format.

To access this, all you have to do is press the "Download List" button on the campaign dashboard.

This will download a CSV file containing all candidates and individual results across the campaign.

We currently don't have a function that allows this across the whole account so you'll need to compile this independently for now.
