  • Understanding How Credits Work

    To use Thrive, you purchase a number of assessments or "Credits" which you can use across our tools. Each tool uses these slightly differently.

    Our hiring tool uses one credit per assessment invite sent to a candidate. It bills per assessment sent, not per assessment completed.

    Our Employee Performance and development tool bills per unique email address per year. So, you could assess one employee multiple times in a year and it would only use one credit.

    Some packages do include overage pricing. So, if you exceed your package allowance, you can continue using the platform and the system will bill you per assessment as outlined in your contract.

  • How to Track and Manage Your Credit Usage


    Currently, you can view your current credit usage on the right hand side of the home page, as seen below.


    You can also reach out via support or to your CSM directly to find out how many credits you have left in your package.

    Very soon, we are introducing a management console which will allow you to track your credit usage on the platform front end.

  • What Happens When You Run Out of Credits


    This depends on your package.

    If your contract dictates, you will be able to continue using the platform outside of your package allowance and incur overage charges accordingly. These are billed monthly, in arrears.

    Otherwise, you'll need to purchase more credits to continue using the platform.

  • How to Add More Credits or Upgrade Your Plan


    To add more credits or upgrade your plan, please reach out via support or speak to your CSM directly and we'll be able to get everything sorted out for you.
